The wedding cake industries bustling with excitement as brides seem to be more creative and sophisticated then ever before.  Just as we master a trend, another one seems to move our way.  In the ever changing world of wedding cakes the biggest trend seems to be customization.  Brides insist on a one of a kind version of what there wildest imagination delivers.  Whether its a theme, invitation, dress, linen or something else they want their wedding cake to reflect.  One creative bride that I recall wanted to use peacock feathers and other dramatic blue and green fondant on her cake and you know what, it was smashing, a true original, one of a kind sensation.
