Simma’s Bakery was named the 2017 Bakery Operation of the Year (BOY) by the Wisconsin Bakers Association (WBA). The award was presented on Monday, March 13th, 2017 during the WBA’s Awards & Appetizers Networking Evening in Milwaukee, WI. Six outstanding Wisconsin bakeries were nominated for the Bakery Operation of the Year this year. Past winners of this award voted to determine this year’s winner. The Bakery Operation of the Year award was created back in 2001 to recognize an outstanding bakery operation annually.
